Two Times Focus Dog Photography Agreement

Thank you for choosing Two Times Focus Inc. for your dog photography session! We can’t wait to capture the special moments with your furry friend. Before we get started, we just need to go over a few important details to make sure everything runs smoothly and is clear for both parties. Please read through this agreement carefully, and when you’re ready, submit your name, surname, and email address to confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.

Why This Is Important

This agreement helps us ensure that everyone involved in the shoot, including you and your dog, has the best experience possible. It outlines what you can expect from our service, the beautiful memories we’ll create together, and also clarifies any responsibilities during the shoot.

What's Included in Your Session

  • 1-hour personalized dog photography session in an outdoor location of your choice (or we can recommend a spot!).

  • 30 professionally edited, high-resolution digital images.

  • Images delivered in an online gallery where you can download and share your favorites.

  • Optional additional services available, such as premium prints, photo books, or custom wall art designs (let us know if you're interested!).

We offer several premium services you can add to your package:

  • Prints: Choose from high-quality prints to display your favorite shots at home, ranging from standard prints to premium acrylic or metal finishes.

  • Photo Books: A beautiful way to preserve and showcase your dog's photos.

  • Gallery Walls: Let us help you design the perfect wall display with your chosen images.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

We want you to love the photos we create together. If you’re not completely satisfied with the final images, please let us know within 1 week of receiving your gallery. We will gladly make any necessary changes or discuss scheduling a complimentary re-shoot. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll do our best to ensure you walk away with photos you love.

Client Responsibilities

  • Safety First: While we do everything we can to ensure a safe and fun environment, the well-being of your dog is always your responsibility. You may choose to have your dog off-leash during the session, but please be aware that any incidents (such as your dog running off, interacting with other animals, or other unforeseen events) are entirely your responsibility. We recommend keeping dogs on a leash if you have any concerns.

  • Location Considerations: It's up to you to choose whether we shoot in an off-leash area, park, or other locations. We can always offer suggestions if you’re unsure.

Payment Information

To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the session fee is required. This deposit should be paid via e-transfer to hello@twotimesfocus.com. The remaining balance will be due on the day of the session. Please note that your session will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please refer to the cancellation policy below.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. Last-minute cancellations or rescheduling requests (within 48 hours of the session) may be subject to a CAD 50 rebooking fee. We’ll work with you to find a new date that fits.

Weather Conditions: Sessions may be rescheduled in the event of severe weather. We'll keep an eye on the forecast and work together to find the best day for your shoot!

Liability

Two Times Focus Inc. is not liable for any incidents or accidents that occur during the photography session. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Injury or damage caused by your dog.

  • Loss of personal belongings during the session.

  • Your dog’s behavior around other animals, people, or environmental hazards.

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that Two Times Focus Inc. is providing a photography service and that all responsibility for your pet’s safety and behavior lies with you as the owner.

Final Deliverables & Copyright

The 30 high-resolution, professionally edited images will be delivered within two weeks of the session via a private online gallery. We retain the rights to the images, but you are free to use and share them for personal purposes (social media, family albums, etc.). Privacy is extremely important to us, and we want to assure you that we will not share any images that include you or identifiable persons on social media or in our portfolio without your explicit agreement. If you'd like to use the images for commercial purposes, please reach out to us for separate licensing options.
